LM6000 Millenium
  • GE Mark VI
  • GE 9070
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • GE 9030
  • Logicmaster
  • Satec
  • Bently Nevada 3500
  • Beckwith, Brush
LSC developed the primary operator interface / data logging system for operating GE's LM6000 Gas Turbine Generation system.  This system consisted of approximately 200 screens and 2500 I/O points.

LMS100
  • GE Mark VIe
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • Toolbox ST
  • Toolbox 11
  • GSM
LSC developed the primary operator interface / data logging system for operating GE's LMS100 (100,000 Horsepower) Gas Turbine Generation system.  As one of the most advanced gas turbine systems in the world,  this system consisted of approximately 225 screens and 3000 I/O points.  LSC also had responsibility for testing primary sequencing control logic for this unit.

LM6000 NG
  • GE Mark VIe
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • Toolbox ST
  • Toolbox 11
  • GSM
LSC redeveloped the entire LM6000 HMI / operator interface system to work in conjunction with the upgraded Mark VIe control system.  LSC had primary responsibility for testing all turbine packaging sequencing logic, and commissioning the first 2 units at the GE load testing facility.

UTE Uruguay
  • GE 9030
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • Kepware OPC
  • Siemens C7
LSC engineered, developed, and commissioned a balance of plant control system for an LM6000 gas turbine power plant in Montevideo, Uruguay.  This plant consisted of 4 LM6000 turbine packages, inlet chillers, gas filtering / centrifuge system, Demineralized water plant, raw water and fuel forwarding system, air compressors, utility transformers / switchyard, and a tank level monitoring system.  LSC also provided all 3 completed and tested control panels and facility manuals.

FMPA
  • GE Mark VIe
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • Toolbox ST
  • Toolbox 11
  • OSI Pi
LSC engineered, developed, and commissioned a Mark VIe-based balance of plant control system for a single LM6000 gas turbine power plant in Key West, Florida.  This facility contained a local and remote HMI, and an OSI Pi plant historian implemented by LSC.

Basin
  • GE Mark VIe
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • Toolbox ST
  • Toolbox 11
LSC provided commissioning support for the first GE LMS100 gas turbine power plant at the Basin site in South Dakota.  LSC was chosen for demonstrated expertise on the entire control system for the LMS100, and for our track record of successfully commissioning gas turbine plants.

EGD Simulator
  • OPC
  • Quad port NICs
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
LSC engineered and developed a PC-based simulator for the LMS100 load testing facility.  The simulator simulates up to 12 EGD data-producers on the UDH network to allow the test engineer to manipulate data from each device being simulated.

LM2500 Sequencing
  • GE Versamax
  • Woodward Atlas
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
LSC has developed LM2500 sequencing logic for numerous GE requisition jobs.

STEC
  • GE Mark VI
  • GE 9070
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • GE 9030
  • Logicmaster
  • Satec
  • Bently Nevada 3500
  • Beckwith, Brush
LSC engineered, developed, and commissioned a solution for the LM6000 Millennium control panel for the GE LM6000 gas turbine system that would allow the fuel system governor to respond to minor dips in grip frequency while in Magawatt control mode.

Kinder-Morgan - LM6000 Steam Injection
  • GE Mark VI
  • GE 9070
  • Cimplicity HMI PE
  • GE 9030
  • Logicmaster
  • Satec
  • Bently Nevada 3500
  • Beckwith, Brush
LSC engineered, developed, and commissioned a steam injection cooling system for the LM6000 gas turbine system for use on the Kinder-Morgan turbine packages.  This system was used instead of a water injection system because of the availability of waste steam from a nearby process.

Tropicana
LSC was hired to troubleshoot nuisance ground faults at the Tropicana Orange Juice facility in Florida.  The facility consists of several gas turbine generators, and LSC was able to isolate and fix the failure.
